This wasn’t my first choice since I already own a mini Adamas, in fact I ordered the Vector to have a larger option in my collection. The Vector turned out to be a disappointment insofar as lock stick, ordered 2 of these and they both were problematic. Would have ordered the non auto Adamas instead of the auto, but the Vector experience soured me. The action is faster and more solid than I expected for such a large, thick blade. The Cerakote-coated CruWear drop-point blade came razor sharp and looks incredible paired with the desert tan handles. The G10 scales are rugged and offer great grip, rounding out a knife that feels built for serious use. I did notice a slight bit of blade play, which is surprising at this price point, but it hasn't impacted performance. This knife has a commanding presence and carries Benchmade’s signature toughness with pride. It’s the kind of blade you want by your side when things get real.
