It will not shoot under 124 grand ammo, which is okay, but the magazines have a very well-known issue with the screen, causing the follower to become stuck inside of the magazine as well as causing failure to feeds and double feeds. In conclusion, why waste money on this pistol? I saw another comment that said the takedown sucks and to be honest it is really hard to pull the lever down at first but after you do it the first time it works fine. It doesn't come with a user manual because it's already online on the Beretta website. Three 21 round mags out of the box is premium not to mention the threaded barrel which you don't really see on guns at $500. Send in for warranty work only to have it sent back stating that they can't duplicate the jamming and trying to blame me for a weak grip. \n\nThe only pistol out or the multiple I own that constantly jams after 400 rounds and they refuse to acknowledge that it's a lemon. \n\nI was going to be more generous with the review, but I decided that it's a one star because Beretta can't be trusted. \n\nYou can read countless complaints about FTE and FTF malfunctions with this pistol. Especially the 21 mags. \n\nI purchased this when there was a rebate (I wonder why that would be) and I still wish I never would have bought it. \n\nDon't even think about this APX A1 if you're looking to add an optic to it either.
