I used this on my first deployment as a combat medic for nearly two years. it held up well and the leg straps have a rubbery elastic that keeps it in place and not sliding around on your leg. The real awesome piece of this is the dual swivel buckles. If you change position often or work from a vehicle this is a godsend. The drop level is also adjustable and can comfortably fit almost any height. The side mounts for extra mags or a picatinny rail does leave me wondering why they picked these positions because they aren't convenient for quick reloads.
