The grips remove easily but stay seated firmly when clicked into place. Simply pull back and upward on the rear of the grip to remove. No sticky residue to deal with. The contour grip offers exactly what it sounds like and has a little more contoured soft edge on both sides that you can feel versus the standard engage grip.
