The unit does not register any information from the sensor. A new battery was installed in the sensor, repositioned the sensor and magnet on the fork, still nothing. Attempted to locate any pairing info, but no luck. Checking to see if an exchange is possible. Spent weeks thinking I had done setup incorrectly repeatedly pressing all clear and doing setup again. After staying on hold with Bontrager Customer Service, I finally learned that the LED headlight I have on the handlebars interferes with the signal sent from the sensor on the fork and spoke. This problem did not occur with the other cyclometer I had in this position. This interference should have been explained in the manual. It now works, but not well, because to avoid the headlight interference it can't work in the \"out front mount\" position so I have to install it with the mount toward the rear, behind the handlebar. The mount is not sturdy enough for use in this position because the button at the rear causes flexing of the mount every time it is pressed, a problem that did not occur when it was mounted in the out front position. Programming instructions are not as clear as they could be, mainly because it uses images instead of wording along with images. Other bike computers have the same issue. Battery that came with the computer is not lasting very long. It has the standard Trek wheel sizes making circumference entry easy. It will \"zero\" out your last ride, if desired, after 1,3,6, and 12 hours so that remembering odometer, max speed, etc., from last ride doesn't require remembering odometer reading. This is easier to set up and use than my old CatEye. It stops \"riding time\" when at a rest area or even a stoplight recording only riding time.
