I have noticed better performance within a couple days of taking it. The flavor is great, the pumps are even better, by far the best pre workout I've ever used. I can push harder in the gym and recover better as well. I can't even begin to describe actually being bucked up, I am buzzing in the gym when I lift. I can achieve ultimate failure and do it again effortlessly in the next set. The only thing I would change is adding more beta alanine. I took a month-long break to bring my tolerance down on caffeine and beta but have noticed that I do not get the tingles from this. If I do it will last 15 minutes or so. Still an incredible product. All in all, the joy of lifting heavy ass weight is only amplified when on bucked up.
