I called and spoke to customer service about trying to find a solution and the gentleman encouraged me to just buy a whole new mount. I'm on a budget and would have liked to have a solution that matches what I have. I was mounting the Burris Veracity to the P.E.P.R and after that customer service I will probably stick to Vortex and their solutions. Out of the box it comes with either smooth cap ring tops or 1913. I have a 1-8 mounted in the scope rings and with the 1913 on the front allowing me to mount my red dot on top. Why do I say why pay more for less? I fell into the hype train and bought a Geissele Super Duper scope mount and if I want to mount my red dot on top I have to buy a reptilia mount for another $114.00 to do the same as what I got with my Burris P.E.P.R out of the box for less than the reptila alone.
