Burris DropTine 4.5-14x42 Ballistic Plex Riflescope is no longer available.

Too short to mount on my long action rifle! Got it on there after buying different mounts but with no room to adjust eye relief. Have to either cut 3” off my stock or climb way up on it! Never can work for hunting. Glass seems nice but the windage turns but doesn’t “click”. Elevation clicks just fine though.

This scope it very nice. I've had it for 3 years now but it tends to fog up on me and isn't all that great in low light conditions. Really hope Burris will address these problems.

The Parallax on a new out of the box Droptine 4.5-14X42mm G2B MilDot Reticle is really bad. The Parallax adjustment will not and does not help.
If I had any idea that Burris Optics were made overseas, I would have never made this purchase.
With all of their advertising, Burris should be up front and publish were their optics are manufactured. The Forever Warranty kinda make you think that it is American Made. But if it cost $25 to mass produce $5 shipping, I guess you can Forever Warranty.
When you go to all the trouble of getting a scope trued in by lapping scope rings or a Burris Signature Ring Set, you don't want to be pulling it off due to poor quality.
That's my two cents.

Love the scope, easy to sight in, very clear, put on my .223 and works amazing, will be buying another one
