Update on my Return! Sent email on the 30th asking about my refund that was supposed to be issued on the 29th. I was sent an email back asking for a tracking number. Then a few minutes later said disregard the other email. No information on my refund. That was the only question I asked. Then sent an email on the 1st no response. Called and the phone was answered by a very rude and disrespectful man. Was told to \"Let him Speak\". Then talked to a woman and she advised that my return is being processed! They have had it since the 15th of October at 1039 in the morning. Now my refund will be issued sometime next week now! We will see. Put on my bow and the range finder would not hold true after a few shots. Come to find out that the range finder was loose inside the housing. I first called to try and speak to someone. No response. Then emailed no response. Called again finally spoke to someone and they advised me to email them from the order email I received from them. After doing so I finally received an email back with my RMA number. Mailed the sight back on 10/11. They received the sight back on 10/15. No response about receiving the sight back. Emailed to see what was taking so long to get our refund since they had it back for 4 days . No response. Called and asked what was taking so long. I was advised that it says on their website that it takes 2 weeks to refund after they receive the item back. If they need 2 weeks to determine if the item is defective or if it was user error before refunding my money then i should get the option of trying the item for 2 weeks before paying for the item. My bow needed a spacer or the windage could not be adjusted enough. Need to put the sight as far out in front of the bow as possible. The optional rear sight when used with a string peep sight helps a lot to alleviate torque problems. The optional rear sight should be available for all sights. Using the provided laser just roughs in the aiming of the rangefinder. Need to tweak it at various ranges without the laser for it to get correct range readings. The aiming dots are not bright enough in sunlight. Too dim to quickly acquire target. But, most hunting targets are shaded by trees, so it should be ok. Works as advertised. If you have trouble in lowlight this is the answer for that as well.","text":"I got the Oracle 2 after having issues with seeing my pins in low light. I used a 3 pin slider but wearing glasses caused multiple times shots couldn’t be taken due to blurry pins. This fixed that I can hunt to end of shooting hours now. Yes I could have used a sight light and that might have fixed the issue. However the concept of this sight makes it worth the upgraded. I have owned this sight for about 3 weeks and it is very impressive. Easy to setup and tune and very precise. Setup my 4 aiming points from 30 to 77 yards. The sight is pretty much dead on at any range out to 77. After spending some time with this sight it is hands down one of the best investments in archery gear. No longer needing a rangefinder is game changing. Just press the button and shoot where it says.That took a couple days getting used to just trust the sight. After 3 weeks I don’t carry my rangefinder anymore. I've been hunting the mountains and long open range for Elk and Red stag to dense thick bush for Whitetails and Moose. This sight truly is a game changer for me. Will be ordering the Oracle 2 and will write a full review once I receive it. I'm increasing my shooting weight and FOC to 620 grains and over 20% FOC.
