First time disappointed with Camelbak
My family have multiple packs ranging from a 13 year old Rim Runner to a newer womens Helena to multiple kids packs including the Scout and Skeeter as well as countless other packs we have had from Camelbak.
I ordered a new Rim Runner and when the pack arrived I was a bit disappointed, the quality is flimsy at best and the storage is much less than my old Rim Runner. Where I was really disappointed was when I saw the new Crux Reservoir. I was expecting the Quick Connect system since every new adult pack we have bought since the Antidote reservoir was introduced has had it. I was wrong, just a standard port.
I will now be spending another $35 to upgrade the reservoir/bladder when I could have just bought the Fourteener and saved a couple of dollars. Not happy with Camelbak at this point.

I believe my CamelBak Rim Runner 22 failed me
I am a keen weekend hiker/bushwalker. A friend recently strongly recommended I purchase a CamelBak hydration product for my hydration needs. Armed with this fervent recommendation, I purchased the CamelBak Rim Runner 22 from my local Anaconda store in Midland, Western Australia. With less than a month's use, when cleaning my CamelBak recently, I noticed a connecting tear/hole in the side of my CamelBak. I may have snagged a tree branch, or scraped a rock wall, but I do not recall such, which may have contributed to this fault. With my proof of purchase in hand, I returned to my local Anaconda store to seek a replacement CamelBak product, as I reasonably believed this is a connected manufacture/design fault. At Anaconda, I spoke with a senior store person who I believe had authority to authorise a replacement product. However, after taking my CamelBak away for about 5 minutes, the person returned and said it is not a manufacture/design fault, and its just my tough luck, and I will not get a replacement product. The store person said I would be 'wasting my time' if I were to try to seek a replacement product. I left the Anaconda store feeling concerned, frustrated, and annoyed.
This was my first CamelBak purchase, from a strong recommendation. I will not be recommending CamelBak products to my friends or family. This has been a very disappointing experience for me.

Hydration Pack DOES have a hook
I just got this and am very pleasantly surprised. There was a review on here saying that there is no hook for the water reservoir, this is true and not true. There is no hook at the top like previous designs. There is, however, a hook at the bottom of the area you fill it, which has a special spot in the pack to hook into so it doesn't fall to the bottom. I am including pictures. This fits great, and has a ton of space for extra things. My one issue so far is the fact that the waist belt pockets are pretty far to the back. Wish they were closer to the front. I will update in case I experience any leaks like previous reviewers.

Comfortable for a petite frame
I was searching for day packs for a while but was having trouble finding one that fit me comfortably. I am a 5 foot nothing girl so everything was was too big for my frame. I have had this pack for about a year and a half now, I have taken this on multiple day hikes and it's comfortable on my shoulders and under my arms. I have had other packs that rub and chafe my underarms. It doesn't sit on the shelf of my bottom like others have, so there is no gap between the strap and my shoulders. It's a great size to hold all the essentials for the day. The bladder is a good size, but I do plan to purchase a larger one for some longer, more strenuous hikes I have planned. So far there are no complaints and I am very happy with this pack.

Light and convenient water/pack combo
I've used this bag daily for almost a month now on various distance hikes and runs and it has been a great addition to my hiking and running equipment. Being an active duty Navy SEAL and having pretty high standards for gear, I was happy to find that this pack has held up to my expectations for it. It's got plenty of room for day long hikes and runs and it's got just the right amount of water for the same time period. The back material and straps breath well when I run, the extra pockets on the sides and waist straps are nice and the water spout retention works very well. Whether I'm heading to work with my workout gear in tow, trail running, or hiking with my kids on the weekend, this bag is my new "go to" for non-military outdoor activities.

Rim Runner 22
The older Rim Runner I replaced (20 years old) seemed to be sturdier
It had elastic across the front of pack to hold items like a jacket or map. This one has no elastic and if you wanted to buy your own, the "tie down " points are very flimsy. (and ugly). The hip belt is an improvement and the water bladder is a better
design. For the price I am not sure I could recommend this product to a friend. Maybe after some hard use I might grow to like this pack better. Ask me again in a year.

The do it all CamelBack
Been around the world twice, I'm in the Army. I have a CamelBak for work and play. They have both stood the test of time and I continue to use them and always will. Quality, fit and they way it can adapt to any of my situations, makes this product out last any others I have ever had. I mountain bike , hike trail ride my RMZ and compete in several Iron man type of events each year. The bag has been with me on all on my adventures. My Army CamelBak, it just an extension of what I represent. The strength and commitment to my country. I use it everyday and on every mission, CONUS or OCONUS!
