I absolutely LOVE it. It was a total game changer. A few tips that are probably pretty obvious: even though it's seasoned plan on using oil or butter; also it gets super hot so turn it down to low or low/medium; lastly, I recommend having this in addition to a smaller stove that you can boil on. I used the Everest and the Explorer together with the full burner. It was perfect and kept me from needing to remove the griddle any time I wanted to boil water or heat up food that doesn't need a flat surface. You should also plan on it being really dirty when you take it off the stove so don't wear your favorite jacket or shirt. Other than that, it is amazing and I'm so glad I made the investment.
