Slide the heavy-duty telescoping rubber tubes to adjust the height from 21 to 36 inches. Adapt to each player and practice hitting high and low pitches. Alternate between the rubber plate’s 5 hitting positions to practice making solid contact with inside, outside, and center pitches. The tee tubes snap onto the plate, with a built-in handle for easy transport. Just pop the tubes off and slide them into one of the position holes to start training.
