Very Nice Shelter
I recently purchased the 20th Anniversary Voyager Ice Shelter and put it together last week. As a former Otter shelter guy, I was skeptical. I was surprised how well it went together, and liked how everything seems to work. I was very disappointed in the runner system and contacted Clam. They emailed right back, but did not address my concerns about the runner system. I told them I guess I'll come up with my own solution to make it durable. The shelter gets 5 stars, but the runners get one star.

Hope you love to sew?
Purchased this 12/30/17,opened the box and found one piece missing. Assembled the shelter. Contacted clam about it and was told it will be shipped out in the next few days. After two week, still no part. Contacted them again and was told they were sorry for not getting it sent sooner. Received it that week. I have had it out 5 times and since then I had to resew 2 velcro straps above the skirt that sits on the ice on both sides, and another on on a corner that come loose.Their quality control needs to have a better look at things before they box the product.

Stay away
Purchased this 12/30/2017.Opened up the box and did inventory on the parts One was missing. The part that was missing was no major parts that affected the assembly. It was the counsel. The seat on the right side will not slide because the molding on the tub is not formed in tolerance with the seat bracket. Contacted clam about the missing part and after waiting two weeks of no parts, contacted them again and they said they were sorry for not getting them sent out immediately.Received the part that week. As far as the seat ,Hope I can heat up the plastic on the tub and bend it down some more so it is at a 90 degree angle with the seat bracket. Had it on the ice 5 times since. Had to sew 3 different seams on the skirts that sit on the ice, 2 that are held by the Velcro, and one on the corner Can't wait to see what I have to sew next. Owned a Eskimo prior to this and was looking at one at the store when the salesman talked me into buying this Clam. Sure the clam was cheaper, but look at what I really got. Wished I would have stuck to my thoughts and purchased the Eskimo. On the positive side, Love the LED lights that came with it.
