Terrible camera and terrible customer service!
Horrible experience with this camera. I am not normally a negative review writer but this thing is a waste of people’s hard earned money. It worked half way decent for about two weeks then it started taking completely black pictures even in daylight. Every single picture was complete black and could not see a thing. I reached out to covert three different times for a solution and the camera still does not work. Customer service was horrible as it took them forever to respond and when they did the trouble shooting failed three different times. They said a simple firmware update would solve the problem but it failed. They wanted me to send it in for them to fix it and I said thanks but no thanks. I will be returning this to the store for a return. I spent $300 on the camera and $14.99 on their monthly plan so for the price I expected quality but this camera was junk after the first couple weeks. Very frustrating experience! I would not recommend this camera to anyone!
