A proven leader for more than three decades, The Original Culprit Worm has outperformed all others - continuing a tradition of catching more and bigger bass. Its "kicking" tail and unique color selections give anglers the extra edge. Shad colors and solid colors - 18 count pack
It was early/mid 90’s when I purchased my first few packages of 7.5. Opening the purple/pink and black (don’t remember the official name), the tail action was performing in a breeze that I didn’t know existed. Before casting the Texas rigged culprit with 1/8 oz bullet, I dropped it in the water to see the tail action. It was at that point that I knew I’d never seen a soft plastic with better action and 30 years later, I have yet to see any better. I caught a 2.5lb large mouth on the first cast that day, and hundreds of fish since (large, small, spotted, fla black, etc..). It can be presented as slow as a quarter inch every 10 seconds on bottom or a buzzbait w/out spinners on top, and every other way in between. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone, unless in a tournament as an opponent.
Although there is no shortage of varieties of different worms to choose from, I think I like the style, length, and action over most of the others. If I fish a bait that I have confidence in, I concentrate more, and when I concentrate more, I catch more fish. Have had good results with this bait.
