Overpriced trike, can't even withstand one season","text":"Given the cost this strike you would think that it would hold up for more than one season. We ended up filing a complaint after only a few months of owning it because the handle in the back for the parent controlling it became extremely weak and wasn't steering well. They asked us to send back the trike leaving us to find a box to send it back in. Without our consent they decided to send us a new trike free of charge. Sounds great; however, upon opening the new trike, the handle bar is extremely wobbly. When we sent over a video showing this as well as all of the packaging materials for taking it out of the box for the first time, the customer service representative mentioned that this is normal wear and tear. The new trike hasn't even been used once (!!!!) and our first trike never did this when it came out of the box for the first time or after several months of our son holding it since he wasn't old enough to be steering it at the time. Overall do not spend $250. Trying to be a bougie parent because this trike sucks. Very easy to get around and maneuver. My little one has a sense of control when we are strolling around. My main issue is with the travel bag and the handle bars. The bag is small and doesn't seamlessly fit on the handle bars. When the bike is folded it feels like there is no where to put the bag or the hand bars so it makes transport difficult.
