A Great Experience
Worked with Michael and he was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. My first purchase was a bike that wasn't the best fit for me and he happily helped me choose another one that is perfect. Thank you!

Absolutely LOVE the bike
I absolutely love the bike. I just learned how to ride a bike and this bike is very comfortable and easy to ride. The motion-sensor lights are a great feature to have.

The handlebars are too high - they are not comfortable
Touring around my neighborhood - Trek should have an option to put electra cruiser handle bars on the townie.

I did a lot of research before i purchased
Short rides, still learning, love how it fits me. Waiting for my bike rack, and hope by then, I'm ready to go riding in our many parks in Florida - get to ride all year round

I would buy this bike again.
I ride around my neighborhood every day. Occasionally ride a trail. The only problem I have had is when going into a turn the fender hits the front of my shoe. But I'm trying to ride with my feet farther back on the pedal.

I ride in neighborhoods and on vacation in Hilton Head. Love the flat technology and the body alignment it puts you in to ride. Solid with nice ride. Like the look and lore the color Palm. Gears shift smoothly. Only negative is seat cushion could be a little softer for a recreational bike,
