Great bike with great bosch drive
Used it a half dozen times because of the rainy, snowy, cold weather. But so far really like the 2 bikes I bought with bosch drives. Pedal assist only. (Level 1) but works good for me with my neuropathy in my feet. Don't have to put as much pressure on the pedals so it helps with the foot pain, but still gets me exercising!

Great bike for cruising around the greenways and the beach
I bought this bike for my wife as she did not like the riding position of my other mountain bikes. She actually enjoys riding with my son and I now.

worth the hassle
I've had this bike for 3 months but have put less than 50 miles on it, but not the bike's fault. The front wheel does not come off of the bike. So it takes 2 people and a large SUV to transport it. Sourcing a bike rack that holds a 50+ lb bike with a center clamp for the step through model is as important as finding the bike. Lifting a 50 lbs. bike isn't easy, I have rigged a strap to hold the front wheel straight while I lift it. I wish Trek would design something for this function. Besides the lack of rack, fires/hazardous smoke and 90+ temps were my other factors limiting my rides. The mechanic that assembled the bike didn't know it had a suspension post, so didn't adjust it. My first rides were very bouncy until I looked at You tube and figured out how to adjust it. Surprised that Trek doesn't offer a smart phone friendly handle bar bag. I found a soft bag and mounted it facing backwards on the inside of the handlebars. This will work well, but options are limited with the handlebar shape. I have found it comfortable to ride, quiet, and easy to use. I have ridden it on a gravel road, the wide tires offered good stability.

All I Had Hoped For
I LOVE this bike! Having had 2 recent knee replacements, I was having trouble with regaining strength and endurance. I am able to get as much of a workout as I want, and find that I'm enjoying riding it so much that I ride almost every day.

Love it.
It won't go on a fork type bike mount. Needs an adaptor to do that.
Links with your smart phone, pretty amazing.

I would by this product again
I love riding around town. Hills, "what hills"...Wind direction "who cares" I would recommend the water bottle
mount be higher to make entry through the step thru easier.
I would add a top rest to the rear saddle bag mount for additional storage

The best there is
Its almost better then having a car. I can wiz in and out of traffic but still use the bike lanes. I go faster then traffic sometimes. It's a joy to ride and I can ride long distance now even on one charge. And if I do have to charge it that's easy to. Just need a plug like how they offer at coffee shops. Plenty of power for uphill and plenty of power just for cruising. I absolutely love the bike
