I own several Fenwick rods. Just had a issues with a Lews rod and there Customer Service had my new rod back to me in 1.5 weeks..... Why is your customer service so slow and none responsive? I my think twice on my next fenwick rod purchase if this issue does not even get a response. These eagle bass rods are an amazing value they feel like a $300 rod, I’ve purchased 3 of them so far and I do a lot of backwater kayak bass fishing where I beat my gear up going through and fishing thick cover and undergrowth, they have all put up with my abuse (running rod tips into trees, hitting branches on my skip casts etc.) if you want the best rod for the money then buy an eagle you will not be disappointed, the most durable rod they make is the HMG line, I have yet to purchase a new fenwick elite but I probably will soon since I want to experience the top of the line rods they make. Great brand!!! Looks aside, I've come to fall in love with these rods primarily because they have a thicker handle compared to the rest of the competition that prevents hand cramping and eases all-day comfort. The cork barely blemishes, and the blanks are surprisingly light and nimble for the price. Definitely going to be buying more in the near future.
