FN 509 Tactical Full Size with Vortex Viper Red Dot 9mm Pistol

Would give the pistol itself a 4. Wanted a 9mm with a threaded barrel and have other FN pistols so personally like their platform. The Vortex Viper red dot that comes with this model isn’t suited for this pistol basically impossible to zero, without a bunch of hassle. The lock screws are on the back end of the Viper red dot so you have to remove the red dot to unlock the screws to use the adjustment screws, have to fight the battery when doing this. On the 509 the rear site blocks the unlock screws. I had a vortex venom red dot so I swapped it with the viper. Put the Viper on a .22 that has access to the lock screws and the Venom is on the 509t so it can be dialed in easily, but will get upgraded in the future.
