If you are wanting to install a MEGA 360 transducer (utilizing the factory Mega 360 bracket) to your Minnkota Ultrex trolling motor in addition to the Foresight, you will need this spacer kit.

Alternatively if you purchase a dual-bracket, you DO NOT need this spacer kit. (Dual Brackets are sold separately).

*Please Note: This kit allows you to mount a Humminbird Mega 360 bracket to your FORESIGHT unit by utilizing the factory Mega 360 bracket in addition to the Foresight Ultrex Fit Kit.
