The saw works great for small limbs and even trees. Well balanced and feels nice in the hand. I’m not sure why people are saying not to use the axe as a hammer I’ve used it to drive 4” nails no problem. Saw works well, too. I can get through at least a 3-4 inch limb with it. Could probably do bigger than that, but takes longer. Only 4 stars because I'm not sure why Gerber says not to use the back of the axe to strike things with.
