A unique GLOCK Safe Action® system significantly reduces the chance of accidental discharge by disengaging three safeties only if the trigger is pulled. For improved precision, the G19 Gen5 features a slightly redesigned barrel crown and rifling. Front Serrations (FS) on the slide provide a positive gripping surface when pulling the slide rearward for improved control.
