The switch that turns on the heating functionality of the blanket had some issues, so I went and shipped it back to Gobi for an exchange under the 1 year warranty. They don't facilitate the shipping at all - I paid $60 out of pocket to ship out of CA (mind you I spent over $200 for the blanket already). Gobi then only refunded me $15 in shipping costs because...\"policy\". Only a couple months after receiving the new blanket, the heating stopped working again. I will not be spending more money to get them to fix again.
