That is huge for me. Now I want it to be known the Dakotas were not a light weight Dakota model, I also did not put the weights in the bottoms of the lifetimes so I will not have the luxury of throwing decoys at set up time or they would be landing upside down. I want to point out that the weights weighed about 13 pounds so with them I would have only shaved 7 pounds. Still an improvement when dealing with a backpack ounces matter. Without weights they seem better then water keel decoys I don’t think they will tip over like water keels will in severe wind, I hunted them in strong winds last week and had no issues like that even as my floating robo flipped. I really wish they had more species to buy because I see no reason to buy another plastic decoy.
