Our Hunter's Blend Summer Sausage has the same great flavor as our Hunter's Blend Jerky and Snackin' Stick Kits. This is one of our most popular bends. Each kit seasons up to 30 lbs. of meat three lbs. at a time if you choose. Kit Includes two 4.2 oz. packets of Hi Mountain cure two 10 oz. seasoning packets one pack of mahogany fibrous casings and detailed instructions.

Ingredients:
Corn Syrup solids salt spices flavor (dextrose salt yeast) silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent) sugar dehydrated garlic soybean oil (refined to be allergen free) spice extractives char oil (partially hydrogenated soybean oil natural hickory smoke) less than 2% silicon dioxide for anti caking. Cure: Salt sugar sodium nitrite (.85%) caramel color.
