The tool would be okay except for one thing... the mandrels are only .002\" under bullet diameter (the same as the expander ball in your resizing die). You cannot turn sized/neck expanded or brand new cases, they don't fit on the mandrel. This means you can only turn fired brass (which is a bit of a sloppy fit) and if they were dinged during extraction/ejection (or in shipping in the case of new brass), then you are out of luck. I contacted Hornady customer service and they do not have and don't plan to have smaller mandrels to fit resized cases. This tool is a paper weight unless you resize, use an oversized expander mandrel to open it up, neck turn it, then resize it again. Of course that means you're overworking your brass and if you're not annealing, that thinner case neck is going to crack in short order.
