Horrible Directions!
The trampoline is amazing. Good quality and kids sure do enjoy it. But, buyer beware...the directions are AWFUL!! We had the entire jump pad on and all the springs attached when we realized the seams need to lineup with the posts. The "arrow" it shows int he picture helps zero. So be sure to line up all the seams of the jump safety net to each post. So, we had to take it all apart and start over. Then the top ring we had together like the pictures show but certain poles faced certain ways so the screw fit in them right. So make sure you have screws all lined up for the tops posts. After that the poles had to face a certain direction that was not labeled in the directions either. So lets just say we put this thing up and took it down 3 times to get it right! UGH!! hope some of these directions helps the next person!

Horrible customer service from Jump Power
While the trampoline was good and the service at Scheels was great as always, I would caution you that the customer service from Jump Power was less than impressive! Our trampoline (although staked down with their kit) was damaged during a large wind storm and the company refused to allow us purchase replacement parts. Unfortunately we only had the trampoline 2 months... my kids are devastated, but I refuse to purchase a whole new trampoline. Next time we will go with more reputable brand that backs their products and allows you to purchase replacement parts.

Nice big tramp for the price
After finishing install, I am happy with it. Took me 3 hours and the instructions have no words, only pictures. I will mention a couple things that will be helpful when setting it up.
1. Read through the entire instruction sheet before starting.
2. There are NO EXTRA PIECES, so make sure you don't lose anything.
3. Grab a 1/2" driver and a drill to speed things up.
4. When lining up the tramp to the base, make sure there is a hole at the top of the net where you have a vertical pole on the base. Picture that vertical pole extending to the top of the net, and it needs to connect to another pole there. There is no room for error here. I found myself adjusting the base to fix this issue when I was almost finished.

I would recommend this to someone who has patience in assembling things with poor directions.

Overall, happy with the purchase.

Not bad.
Took me about 3 hours by myself to get complete. Looks to be a lot sturdier than the ones you see at other stores. Impressed

Installation is horrible!!!!!!
There are so many nuts, bolts and washers with this it is insane. Poorly designed, engineered and the instructions suck! I have assembled a lot of things in my lifetime and this by far is the worst I have ever had to put together! 10 hours!!! Scheels is about to get a phone call to come pick it up.
