Heavy Duty - Bad Instructions
Good - This trampoline is heavy duty. Way better than the other one we had. This has bolts and screws to hold all the tubes together. The net comes connected to the mat.
Bad - the instructions are horrible. Search Youtube and watch a video. It is easy to make a mistake and have to redo it. When installing the springs, be sure the circle lines up with the posts.

Horrible customer service from Jump Power
While the trampoline was good and the service at Scheels was great as always, I would caution you that the customer service from Jump Power was less than impressive! Our trampoline (although staked down with their kit) was damaged during a large wind storm and the company refused to allow us purchase replacement parts. Unfortunately we only had the trampoline 2 months... my kids are devastated, but I refuse to purchase a whole new trampoline. Next time we will go with more reputable brand that backs their products and allows you to purchase replacement parts.

Good product.
Very nice tramp. It’s very heavy duty. Also very large, make sure you have a big backyard. Take your time because instructions are mostly pictures.

Nice big tramp for the price
After finishing install, I am happy with it. Took me 3 hours and the instructions have no words, only pictures. I will mention a couple things that will be helpful when setting it up.
1. Read through the entire instruction sheet before starting.
2. There are NO EXTRA PIECES, so make sure you don't lose anything.
3. Grab a 1/2" driver and a drill to speed things up.
4. When lining up the tramp to the base, make sure there is a hole at the top of the net where you have a vertical pole on the base. Picture that vertical pole extending to the top of the net, and it needs to connect to another pole there. There is no room for error here. I found myself adjusting the base to fix this issue when I was almost finished.

I would recommend this to someone who has patience in assembling things with poor directions.

Overall, happy with the purchase.

Not bad.
Took me about 3 hours by myself to get complete. Looks to be a lot sturdier than the ones you see at other stores. Impressed

Installation is horrible!!!!!!
There are so many nuts, bolts and washers with this it is insane. Poorly designed, engineered and the instructions suck! I have assembled a lot of things in my lifetime and this by far is the worst I have ever had to put together! 10 hours!!! Scheels is about to get a phone call to come pick it up.
