With a unique hybrid blow-back system that takes a .22 magnum (.22WMR), 30 round magazine , this 13.6 ounce, full-size handgun is one heavy-duty performer. Its innovative operation system also allows for the use of a wide variety of ammunition. With its light, crisp trigger pull and fiber optic sights, the PMR-30 is ideal for target shooting and hunting small game.
This gun fits my hand pretty well, medium to large hand. It is fairly accurate and has a great trigger pull, somewhere around 3 lbs on my gun. Works like a sewing machine with ammo it likes. Mine does not like any 30 grain ammo from any manufacture. Cci a22, with the 35 grain bullet runs well , all 40 grain runs well. By well I mean no malfunction of any kind. 30 grain stuff fails to feed every round and a failure to feed occurred every shot. Load the magazine is the biggest complaint I have, bought a mag loader off Amazon and while still a little tedious was worth every penny. Am I happy with it after @ 600 rounds, yes. Would I recommend it, yes. Is it perfect? No. Scheels sold it for a great price and I'm glad I added it to the stable, very light, good trigger and sights, 30 round mags, it's a keeper.
