"Full Description:\nThe Nitty Gritty \n \nThe lower portion of the Press Pistol 2 Degree grip is modeled after our original Press OG putter grip. So many L.A.B. Rats love the feel of that grip, but we know that its elliptical shaping is not for everyone. So we brought it to a pistol shape that will feel more familiar to most golfers. \n \nIn terms of tilt, Press Pistol 2 Degree is our tweaner... not quite as much lean as our Press II 3 Degree and a little more lean than our Press II 1.5 Degree. But you won't notice a ton of difference. The deciding factor for you should be the shape. \n \nPress Pistol 2 Degree works for DF 2.1, MEZZ.1, and MEZZ.1 MAX. It's not recommended for LINK.1. \n \nWe’ve gotten to the point where we can try new things, and a traditional pistol shape was the first on our list. So if you like a traditional pistol grip, you’re going to love Press Pistol 2 Degree. \n \nHow It Works \nPress Grips achieve what we call an “ Integrated Forward Press” through their design. Unlike other putter grips, which generally see the shaft travel through the center of their axis, Press Grips are installed through the grip’s elliptical shape, which is off-axis by either 1.5 degrees, 2 degrees, or 3 degrees depending on the model. \n \nWe recommend that golfers use 2-degree and 3-degree Press Grip models with our DF 2.1 putter. With our DF3, MEZZ.1 MAX, and MEZZ.1 putters, golfers will be happy with either a 1.5-degree or 2-degree Press Grip for a neutral hand position, or a 3-degree Press Grip if they like a little more shaft lean.\n\nFeatures:\n\u003cul>\n\u003cli>The Problem - If you’ve ever tried to “forward press,” you know that you need to position your hands ahead of the ball for it to work — either at the address or at the moment of impact. It’s not an easy thing to learn or execute, but almost all the best golfers in the world do it because it helps them get their putts rolling faster and truer. Think of forward pressing like “hitting up” with your driver. With a forward shaft lean, it’s easier to create an upward putter swing at impact that encourages a faster forward ball roll (i.e. reduced skidding, backspin, etc.).\u003c/li>\n\u003cli>Works on Any Putter - Press Grips are just as beneficial with other putters as they are with L.A.B. Golf putters. With other putters, however, golfers may need to add loft to their putter to optimize ball roll because of the built-in forward press. A special benefit of using Press Grips on L.A.B. Golf putters is that they align the hands directly over the golf ball at address, a position that the majority golfers find most comfortable.
