At this scale, you don’t always get both detail and sturdiness, but this set manages a great balance of the two.\n\nThe proportions are spot-on — from the long, low hood to the iconic rear with its aerodynamic cutouts. It feels far more “filled in” than some other mid-size Technic cars, with relatively few gaps in the bodywork. The shaping of the front and rear ends especially captures the look of the real Ford GT in a way I didn’t expect at this size.\n\nThe build process was satisfying: lots of clever techniques in how the panels are connected, and a smooth integration of the functions. The opening doors, adjustable spoiler, and detailed V6 engine make it feel alive, even if it’s more of a display piece than a play set.\n\nOne thing I’ll note is that the doors can feel a little fragile compared to the rest of the model, but once it’s displayed, it holds together nicely. Speaking of display, the car looks fantastic on a shelf or wall-mounted next to other Technic supercars.\n\nOverall, this is one of the better Technic cars in this price range: detailed, sleek, and an enjoyable build.
