Have used a hand crank grinder since I was a kid. Over 40 now. We process 4-8 deer a year for our family. What used to be an all hands on deck ordeal that took roughly 4 hours. I can do now by myself in less than an hour. Took it right out of the box and put 2 deer through it. Not only did it handle all the silver skin/tendons we could throw at it. It also could grind the meat faster than we could fill it.
