Then there’s this bib that’s basically the same reliable one I’ve loved for years, but now they slap a ‘Pro’ label on it and act like it’s too good for me. I called their customer service, and some overly polite rep had the nerve to say, ‘Sorry, that’s for pros, not guests.’ Seriously? This is how you alienate loyal customers—lock us out of the gear that actually works while pushing overpriced junk that doesn’t. After about 5 uses from a rather low key, non-aggressive skier, the pants have already torn/ripped which is not covered under the warranty. This is unfortunately quite far from what I would expect for the quality/price of these pants.
