I use these shoes for work, pushing patients on cots or walking around the ER giving meds standing about 10 hours a day. After buying these shoes my knees and legs dont hurt at all! Best shoe ive ever bought and might buy a pair to exercise in.
I hate to say it, but I miss the 18's. These are very nice comfortable shoes, but they lack the spring I would feel from the GTS 18's. I would still recommend them as stability running shoes, however. I really wish Brooks didn't mess with this show to try and make it appeal to more people, it was a perfect shoe.
Coming off a torn meniscus, I was worried about the impact running can have on the knee. It's almost too perfect for Brooks to release the guide rail system. These shoes have been great for paved paths. I've already convinced 2 people to get them as well.
I have been buying the GTS for over five years. The GTS 19 is by far the most comfortable of any I have purchased. I wear a size 13/4EE so I usually don't have much selection but this one is the best looking yet. Do not change a thing on this model--leave it alone.
easy runs on pavement and streets, comfort is good, last feels straight and keeps my foot aligned thru full footstrike and toe-off. Like the padding around the Achilles and the gore works great for my high arch rigid foot. Came over from the Transcends and the Adrenalines are very comparable in feel and cushion with a better price point
If you are looking for a light runner taht last this is it!
I must running fast so my kick will be fast as well. I am in martial arts and they are great for my needs. at first I was stuck on the Ghost 10's but not as light. I tried the 11' But these are adrinaline all the way Adrenaline 19's, man. You must give them a try! Serious, man! Light Grey.
This is my first pair of Brooks and I am officially hooked. I ran into the Brooks consultant at a local sports shop and she hooked me up with what is by far the best shoe suited for my running style and fit. No need for a preworkout drink here, these shoes give me all the Adrenaline I need :)
I have very wide, flat feet. This is my sixth pair of this shoe, and it's the only one I've found that keeps my dogs from barking after a run. But could you PLEASE switch it up every once in a while with the color selection??!!?? The 4E width for this shoe is ONLY ever available in the ugly "Gray plus a little Blue" color. I'm bored. Can it be the black for the '20s? Or any other of your color selections. Just not the gray! PLEASE!
I was having a lot of issues related to my lack of arch, which crippled my mileage. This shoe has been great with getting me back on the right track. Legs are still not 100% but definitely moving in the right direction and I believe its because of this shoe.
I am a cross trainer, and these are better to me than the Ghost. 11. I bought a pair in the store! I did this because I had to try on a whole line of sneakers. The Launch 6 are lighter but these are better for distance running. Love them. The only thing is that there should be more colors. There should be a darker shade of gray. The light gray are almost white they should make the LOGO Black. I do not like the match of gold. The white and Black Ghost they should make a pair of Adrenaline. I like to buy a few pair to sport with different outfits.
Went for my first run in these last night. I've ran in both the GTS16 and GTS18. The 18 is by far my favorite. The 19 is the second best. When they redesigned the shoe it seems a little "bigger" inside the shoe. The size feels right though. I have flat feet and I put in my custom orthotics and they still provided enough bounce to last me during my run.
Different but still the best running shoe out there.
I have been running in the Brooks Adrenaline GTS Series for 8 years now and they have been my favorite shoe. I was pretty nervous when the 19s came out because they completely changed the sole (which was my favorite part). I have been running in the the past 3 weeks and they have felt great! Would definitely recommend this versatile shoe!
So I have dead flat feet, and tend to wear out the outside heels of my shoes quickly (pronation... OK, I waddle). These shoes are a game changer for me. They completely changed my running gait. I am using leg muscles when I run that I had never used before, and my posture has become way more upright (as it should be) when I run. It's going to take me a few runs to get into a grove with my new stride, but I think it will be worth it. Oh, I should mention that I went out and ran my fastest mile ever tonight in these (I'm not breaking any records, but great for me). The cushioning is perfect, not too soft, not too firm... just right. These are a godsend for the flat footed... try them, You'll be pleased.
This is my second pair of Adrenalines. I had the 2018's before. The 2019's are much more comfortable in the heal and the foot box seems better for my toes. Just more comfortable over all. Much easier on my knees oddly enough. I'm 6'1' and 230 and these are the best shoes I've ever had. I did buy a 1/2 size bigger than normal shoes but this has been the case with running shoes for years.
I have 4E feet and am very hard to fit. I have run with New Balance for years. I tried these on and was pleasantly surprised with the amount of cushioning. Compared to the NB, the brooks have about 20% more cushioning than the NB. My feet feel better after both a 10K and a half Marathon. Haven't run with them in a marathon yet.
