Coming from running in the PureFlow Connect series shoes for years I decided it was time to find a shoe with more cushion to help mitigate injuries and wear and tear on my legs and feet. These shoes have been great so far. They offer enough cushion to have a comfortable run on the concrete and road and also are durable and good enough for cross training. They are very responsive when running making it feel like less effort is needed to keep moving forward. Still being broken in so feel a little tight but that's actually a personal preference to have a more snug fitting shoe anyway for me. I've ran about 15 miles in them so far and have done 6 cross training workouts with them and every single time they have felt great. They are also very light and actually compare to the PureFlow in weight without sacrificing the cushion. These are definitely a new favorite for the long term.
I've used the Launch series as daily trainers since I began running and the Launch 6 has done nothing but exceed my expectations! It is a very comfortable yet lightweight shoe, long run or speed workout the Launch 6 is my first choice!
I recently purchased the Launch 6 St. Patricks day shoe for a race this weekend. I have previously used the Launch 4 as my race shoe which seems to fit nug and I was okay with that. I feel like the Launch 6 has a wider toe box, and or more room up front then in years past. I am considering going to try the shoe on locally to see if I should switch to an 11.5
Awesome shoes! Finally, my search for a light shoe with enough ankle support and sufficient cushion is over. The Launch 6 are fast and responsive, I am currently rotating between Glycerin 16 for longer runs,Ghost 11 for anything and light trails and will be using the Launch 6 for track and tempo runs.
These are great everyday running shoes. I run about 60-70 miles a week and the launch works as well on intervals as long runs. It's light, responsive, cushioned, and has a simple, sleek design. I came from Altras and thought that even the Wide option on the launch would be too narrow, but it fits perfectly. Loving the decision to move to the launch.
I've been a big fan of the Launch for a few years and haven't been disappointed. They're a great lightweight trainer that can handle a long run or a tempo run workout. You can expect to get 400-500 miles on a pair.
First pair of brooks and I'm sold!!! So comfortable!! Fit is perfect!! Great style as well. Always been a Nike guy but I will be buying multiple pairs of these!!!! I run 2-3 times a week and walk a lot and these are my new go too for everting!!!
It is a hard decision to choose between the adrenaline 19 and these. I have both with 5 pair of Ghost 10's. This sneaker is light and sturdy and light at the same time. Yes there are sneakers that are lighter but they do not give you the long life these have. My only complaint is the colors. The Black and white are the best looking. The other gray pair they shouldn't mad the soul red with red laces. They already have a red pair ? I would've Blue with black laces. To me these are a great pair and I do not understand why more reviews are wrote. They are a Great pair that are without the hype.
I've been out of the Launch game for a little while because of the size of the last few models. I wear size 13 and the last few models were to snug for my feet. And with no size 13.5 it was a no go. The 6 fits great and very similar to the O.G. Launch (had like 5 pairs) that fit really well. Reminds me of the simple straightforward fast shoe of yesteryear(have you guys considered bringing back some of the original launch color combos?), but with a tad more cushioning up front. Unboxed them and cruised a tempo run faster than I had in a long time. I did notice as with another reviewer that my brooks logo was different color from the shoes online. Great job on the new Launch. #JFR
I don't write reviews, but for the Launch, I make an exception! I honestly don't know what I would have done if Brooks hadn't decided to continue to make the Launch years ago. I've tried so many other models of shoes, but none of them make me feel like the Launch does! It's the only running shoe I use, and it's been that way since the Launch 1. They're perfect for any run from a short trot to a long trek. With that being said, what's up with the colors this year? I'd love to see more exciting colorways like in previous models. Regardless, I love Brooks and will continue to buy (multiple pairs of) the Launch!
Been running in the launch for the last few versions. The Launch 6 feels just as good as the previous versions. It's a great combination of lightweight trainer, stability, and cushion with just the right amount of each.
