I love it this time of the year. When it's chilly in the morning , this jacket is the answer. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I like heavy jackets. This jacket for me falls into the medium weight. But it is still a great jacket. The fit is relaxed and it is warm. It will protect you from the elements. I will still buy it again if I need to. In extreme conditions you it may require a layer. It's worth the money. You won't regret it. I use it for every day wear. I don't use it for work , I use it for casual wear. I'm sure it's an excellent work jacket as well.
