It is true, that there is not break in period, they feel very comfortable from day 1. I was so excited i finally found a great pair of boots cause ive been having really bad luck when it comes to work boots. But now since its been raining non stop as of late, i was not worried at all cause i knew i was wearing good boots.... nope the first time these boots got wet from the rain, they got soaked. My feet were so wet it felt like i was standing in a lake, they didnt even try to keep the water out, and my feet got very itchy half way through my shift, and i was so disappointed, cause i thought i had finally found a great pair of boots, but if they are not waterproof then there is not point on even getting them if they dont do what they were advertised to do. Plis i didnt scotch guard them ecause i didnt think id have to with \"waterproof\" boots. Now i get it, not every boot is guna be 100% water resistant, but these didnt even try. I am a Traffic Control Supervisor for a major flagging company and we are contracted with PSE and Potelco. Everybody asks me how good the boots are and for the longest time i would rant and rave about them and how good they were, and for the price, you really cant beat it. \nBut now im telling them, dont even bother, its not worth it. I dont know what you guys can do about it but you should let people know its not even a lottle bit water proof at all. I would love to continue doing business here because besides that, i love these boots, one of the most comfortable boots ive ever had and thats why im so disappointed.
