The Men's Carhartt Duck Quilted Flannel Lined Active Jacket is a must-have for every guy who works outside. This Carhartt jacket for men is built tough to withstand any weather you put it through. Made with heavyweight cotton duck, this jacket is wind-resistant and water-repellent to keep you warm and dry. The attached hood and handwarmer pockets provide additional warmth and protection when temperatures drop or the wind picks up. This Carhartt jacket even features two interior pockets so you can securely store whatever you need on-the-go. Quilted flannel and quilted nylon lining ensure your body heat stays trapped in and the cold air stays out. Choose a jacket that works as hard as you do, and put on the Men's Carhartt Duck Quilted Flannel Lined Active Jacket.
Hi. The jacket fits well. It also does a good job in this weather. My last jacket lasted me about 16 years. Then the ends of the sleeves wore out. The rest of the jacket is still in good shape. Stay Safe. Thanks Dale
I've always work outside and used Carhartt products and the particular Carhartt that is listed in this review has lasted me 8 years. This coat is warm water resistant wind resistant and works very well. The reason why I purchased another one.
Great quality jacket, built to last. Solid zipper that stands out and the hood is a good size. Keeps me warm in cold weather yet I don’t over heat while wearing in warmer weather in Cali. Soft and comfy inside. I usually wear XL but I got this jacket in large and it’s better fitted for me even having a broad chest. Very happy with this made in the USA jacket!
I've had this jacket for 5 years now and i wouldn't trade it for any other jacket. It is 10 times more reliable than a competitor's jacket and keeps the wind out. I have this jacket in brown and grey. Love the spacious hood as well! Great for hat hearing combo.
The only thing that I have a problem with on this jacket is the hood and how stiff it is. When im not trying to wear the hood its to stiff to stay down so i basically just have to wear it. But all in all a great warm coat.
It's difficult to know where to start, when it comes to reviewing my Duck Quilt-Lined Active Jac. Perhaps I should start with what I don't like about the garment? With the exception of the plastic zipper on the inside pocket, this garment is flawless.
This was the first time I purchased Carhartt workwear. Although, having read all the customer reviews, I was aware that Carhartt's sizing can be described as very generous, I thought I knew best. This meant that instead of ordering a figure-hugging 2XL Regular or a loose-fitting 3XL Regular, I went for broke with a HUGE 4XL Regular. Even after washing my Active Jac a few times, it is still huge.
Next time I will order from Carhartt - and there will definitely be a next time - I will go with 3XL Regular. I have, however, learned to love my huge Active Jac. Spent January in Transylvania, where my Active Jac was admired by both locals and visitors. I made full use of the extra space by liberal layering - Under Armour thermals, Hubbard Plaid Flannel Shirt and a British 'Wooly Pully' jumper. This pretty-much took care of all the extra space I acquired by ordering the 4XL Regular.
As you can see in the photos, an Eastern European winter is as cold as anything in the States, but my Active Jac kept me snug as a bug! I was so impressed that I am going to order two more for my young daughters!
This is a great and comfortable coat. This is my second purchase of the exact same coat. The first one lasted over 10 years of normal wear with occasional outdoor work. The old one started wearing out around the cuff and the zipper went bad. Hope the new one lasts just as long.
Love This best money I've spent. I work in a meat cooler all day and this jacket keeps me warm. When I come out of cooler I actually have to take it off and step back into the cooler a few minutes to warm up I'm so warm. My wife put it on when I received it and said I want 1.
Been wearing this jacket for at least 5 years now from hauling lumber, moving snow, wrenching on trucks and just about everything that involves work and weather and it’s never let me down. It is very well seasoned a few holes/rips (from abuse) but still does the trick and keeps me warm. When I finally decide to get a new jacket ill just be buying another one of these.
I bought this jacket 7 years ago. The fit and quality was amazing. Recently bought the same jacket and noticed a huge difference. It feels cheaper than the original. Stitching is sloppy on the hood and around the cuffs on the arms. The fabric/material feels lower in quality. The metallic zipper parts feel cheap as well. The material of the actual zipper handle part is completely different and feels like a softer material. Wish they stuck with the original material and design. Very disappointed. Will be returning. Would definitely buy again if they changed it back to the original design/material.
Love the quality and the stitching it runs a little big but the 4 to5 % shrinkage helped because im in between sizes. So if i wear asweater in it it fits just right but even with out it it is like any jacket i buy.
