Best boots I’ve worn. I wear them almost every day of the year. Farming, Ranching, and hunting through archery and rifle season. Light weight and they stay waterproof. My last pair held on for over 2 years, no other brands I’ve tried have lasted as long as these.
These boots are awesome! Very comfortable right out of of the box. Kept my feet dry all bow season chasing elk. And matched with a set of gators and good socks I plain on seeing how far into the winter weather I can hunt in them. For the active hunter looking for right out of the box comfort and reliability look no further!
Purchased these boots for a DIY elk hunt in Colorado. I started using them in Michigan in preparation hiking through very hilly terrain in Northern Michigan. They are awesome boots. If you can afford them get them. Absolutely no issues and absolutely comfortable. Paid $300.

I purchased the Colorado GTX and really liked the boot but felt that the 4 flex rate was too stiff for my needs, so returned for the Summit GTX which has a 3 flex rating. I hunt the hills of Western Pennsylvania and in the fall hunt upland birds in Montana and North Dakota. I like a sturdy boot with support that also has some flex, and do not like any toes slip. Great boot and break in period is minimal. Only reason I don’t give 5 stars is the insole is not of the quality It should be for a high end boot, needs more cushion. Don’t hesitate to buy Crispi from Scheels. The best boot from hands down the best sporting goods retailer. I am I the retail business and can tell you Scheels Is by far the best in the business at brand knowledge.
I have tried many boots of all price ranges over the years. I purchased these boots for a recent Rocky Mountain elk archery season. They felt great straight out of the box with no break in time. We endured 4 days of snow, rain, sleet, and mud. The outside of my boots were constantly soaked. I was impressed that each night my socks were completely dry. The boots also provided great ankle support and traction in the rocks, snow and mud. I would definitely buy these again.
Great pair of boots. My brother and uncle have several pairs each and finally convinced me to try. I'm very glad I did. I will be purchasing another pair this summer. Although I have not been able to wear them out hunting yet, I have worn them as much as possible and they are extremely comfortable and fit right out of the box. I would never be the person to buy a new pair the day before heading out on a couple week hunting trip, but I truly feel they would be a pair you could do that with. I have a very wide foot and a high crown on my foot which usually makes it very hard to find a pair of any boots. It is not the case with Crispi. These boots open up a ton at the tongue and are very easy to slip on and lace up. The additional lace hook in the low middle is very nice for more support and keep the integrity of boot. I would recommend at least a half size bigger than normal shoe size (as typical with most hunting boots). I can wear an 11.5 if everything is right (12 is the norm) so I ordered a 12.5 and its perfect.
These are very light weight comfortable boots, however, they are not waterproof. My socks got wet walking through wet grass. The water seeps in through the tongue of the boot under the first set of laces by the toes and continues to leak that way to the top of the boot.. This made for a very uncomfortable week long hunting trip in the mountains when there was no boot dryer available due to no electricity. There is nothing worse than putting on a pair of cold wet boots in the morning.

Best pair of hunting boots I’ve ever worn!!! Crispi boots for life now
Bought a pair and wore to work about 4 hours in an office environment before a long weekend of aggressive scouting in the driftless area of Eastern Iowa. My feet always take a beating on a trip like this. To my amazement, these new, non-broke in, boots performed better than any other hiking or hunting boot I've ever purchased. An excellent choice for anyone serious about a lightweight hunting boot!
