Danner know the temptation to wear sneakers for the comfort they provide, but the lack of safety features isn't worth the risk. The Run Time helps close that gap once and for all. Because durability is core to their approach in footwear, Danner wanted to ensure the Run Time brings the lightweight benefits of a sneaker, with the durability and safety of a boot. Built on a Plyolite midsole, similar to what we use in our hiking boots, the Run Time has the comfort of an EVA sneaker with much greater longevity. For secure footing every day, Danner used an oil-and-slip resistant rubber outsole with low lugs for maximum surface area contact. The Run Time saves weight with an upper built from 100% synthetic materials and a composite safety toe as opposed to heavier steel. With all-day comfort and Danner's durable craftsmanship, the Run Time is all you'll need the next time you clock in for the long haul.

I love these shoes. They are lightweight and very comfortable. I have broken both of my feet in the past and have trouble finding good work shoes. i normally switch out pairs during the week but i have worn these everyday since i received them. I plan to buy Danner's from now on. thank you.
I have been looking for two years now an bought a few pairs boots on the way, trying to find. A boot that was just right for the extended hours at work on concrete , an i have to say with great admiration, that these pair of boots that I was wearing the past week where I work, was just was what I was looking for , for they say that god knows everything we need befor asking. Him in prayer , an he has done that for me ,threw your company . Mr. Quarles
I wear safety toe shoes every work day; every year I get a new pair (over 11 years). These are hands down the best I have ever worn. Having multiple sclerosis with foot drop means that I tend to trip over my own feet sometimes, especially with heavier shoes. I started searching for lightweight safety-toe shoes, and am so glad that I have found these. They fit so well, provide great support, and look nice too. Extremely light weight. I have tried Redwing, Timberland, Caterpillar, etc. But these are way better. For reference, I work on a parts counter with some warehouse duties, forklift, etc. Thank you Danner, you have made my life easier.
