I’ve had mine several years now and it still looks brand new. I highly recommend getting the hat wipes for toquilla straw. They’re a little pricey, but you only have to wipe it every couple months. (Depending on how much you wear it) just occasionally keep it steamed and definitely don’t sit in on tabletop. Be sure to have a hat case/stand for it. You don’t want to lose the shape or potentially damage your hat. Spend another $30-50 for a decent hat box and it’ll last you forever. Cheers and good luck.
