I have wide feet, high arches, and unstable ankles. This seemed to be the shoe for those issues. First off, I have never put on a pair of shoes that caused my ankles to collapse inward as dramatically as these did. They did the opposite of what they purported to do. So poorly designed and there's no support under the inner arch, so your feet just collapse. To my recollection, they didn't feel particularly nice either, from fit to quality of materials and craftsmanship. I processed an exchange for a different pair on the website, and returned these with the label I was provided. I never received the pair I exchanged them for, and many weeks later contacted customer service via chat. Upon the agent checking they said they don't accept returns or exchanges for shoes purchased with third party codes and they couldn't send me the other pair per their policy. I pointed out the insanity of the fact that their website literally permitted the return / exchange of the pair and I had I known I wasn't ever to receive a replacement I'd have never returned the ones I had. The agent was pretty much fine with this reality: I bought a pair of Hoka's with a coupon code that didn't fit, exchanged them through the website, returned them with the label they provided with the expectation of me receiving a replacement, but never giving me said replacement. I have never been so furious with a company before and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told they'd say the same thing. I stood my ground and after about 10-15 minutes of back and forth I said, if you're not going to send the replacement you promised, then send me back my shoes, because based on their own policies, the shoes still belong to me. The tone in the chat immediately changed for the better and I was sent the identical pair which I promptly sold online for cash.
