I purchased from Buddy's shoes in Campbellsville, Ky. I am 62, weigh 265, am 6'4\". I also use them for my trade of interior painting. The inner and outer layer of leather conform to your feet. I'm on my 3rd pair because the other two have alot of paint on them and inner walls of leather gets worn from walking on cement floors and walking up n down ladders. These leather shoes look great as casual wear and/or for work. Not 1 piece of yarn or outer leather has worn nor come undone. They exceed test of time. My feet are very wide and I ordered the wide size. The length is correct but they are still a bit narrow, even for a wide size. I think they will break in and be OK but I would perfer to have a 4E wide option. The construction appears to be very good for a shoe in htis price class.
