I wear a waist 33 in the Rydr, and in non-Kuhl pants I wear a 32. I purchased a pair of the Hot Rydrs using my regular Rydr size and unfortunately washed them without trying them on. The waist was very tight. I went back to the.Kuhl store and tried on the Hot Rydr and needed a 34 waist. Beware if you order these that the waste is larger than the regular Rydr, at least for me. I was pleastly surprised to the firm, yet elastic waist band that hugs my body so heat cannot escape. However, the breathable fabric is a work of art whilst keeping me warm at the same time! I do not doubt that the durability of the Hot Rydrs will last me through the years.
