Started with one pair, but liked them so much, I bought two more in different colors. True to size. Very comfortable, doesn’t ‘catch’ on my knee (10” inseam) when climbing stairs etc. I’ve gotten them wet and they dry out nicely. Cell phone pocket/sleeve is awesome along with the other pockets - lots of space! Couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
I hate baggy shorts! My Silencr Cargo Shorts are perfect for the fit I want. I also appreciate that Kuhl offers shorts in an often hard to find 31 waist. Already have multiple Kuhl shorts but these are my first online purchase. I’ll look for the Silencrs again in another color.
While these shorts aren't cheap, they are fantastic. Great fit and profile, and rhe material is incredibly comfortable with just the right amount of stretch. Awesome storage if you need it and completely invisible if you don't. The cell phone pocket rocks; my only suggestion would be a separate knife pocket inside the main pocket.
I have tons of Kuhl apparel. I'm a huge fan of their pants and have about eight pairs. I've recently started buying shorts. The fit is great; fabric quality and stitching are top notch. Feels like these will last a long time. Unfortunately, the snap on one pair of these shorts will not stay closed. As soon as I sit down, it pops open. Not a question of the shorts being too tight--it's a manufacturing defect. The other pairs are okay, and I've never had this problem with Kuhl pants, but it's an issue that pops up from time to time in reviews. So, something to be aware of I guess when making a purchasing decision.
I really like this pair of shorts for any warm weather event. Hiking, golf, casual wear... I'm 6'2" and bought the 8" inseam. The length is just above my knees, which is how I like it. I have another pair with the 10" inseam and they feel a little too long for me. The pockets are perfect size and the side one fit an iPhone XR just fine. Overall, a quality pair of shorts.
Very good quality shorts. I have hiked in them and rode my mntn bike with them. No issues. I liked the option of ordering different inseams. I got the 8" I do not care for baggy shorts last the knees. One point to notice. The snap closure, if not wearing a belt and you are actively bending over it tends to pop open. While wearing a belt, it never has happened.
I love Kuhl! As a matter of fact I wear some piece everyday. I have numerous pairs of Amfib, Renegade and Upriser shorts, all the same size. These were too small and had to be sent back. I have noticed this happens on occasion with shorts and shirts. I even emailed customer service and requested a suggestion on short fit after Kuhl stopped making the Amfib. Too bad.
