If you are heading out in extremely cold conditions, wearing a pair of Men’s LaCrosse Alphaburly Pro 1600G 18” Boots from SCHEELS will make life much more pleasant. Loaded with 1,600 grams of Thinsulate, these boots are built to keep your toes toasty even in Arctic conditions. Rated for temperatures ranging from 0 degrees to -70 degrees, they will take you places other boots won’t.
Built with hand-laid, premium natural scent-free rubber over long-wearing, insulating neoprene, these boots deliver superior flexibility and comfort as well as protection from the bitter cold. Yet they weigh only 5 1/2 pounds, so you can move with ease. You can depend on long wear, because they won’t crack in the cold or get soft in the heat.
If you’ll be spending a lot of time in the cold outdoors, you’ll also appreciate the thick, cushioned EVA midsoles that deliver extra comfort and shock absorption. The Burly Pro outsoles provide reliable traction over varied terrain, while the adjustable rear gussets give you a fit customized to the size and shape of your feet.
Good quality boot that keeps my feet warm while deer hunting
I bought these boots mainly to deer hunt in. They are very comfortable, slightly roomy, enough to allow for heavier socks. They are warm enough to sit for hours in 20 degree temps and not be uncomfortable. I recommend these as they are of high quality and seem to be made well and function as they should
So far they have been great, got them just in time for deer season and have worn them quite a lot hunting. Got these to replace my 8 year old pair of lacrosse 1500 gram boots that have too many holes to fix. My old pair was a size 10 and these i got in same size, they are just a tad bigger than my old ones but that is good when adding wool socks. Shipping was quick and the price was the best I've found. A+++
I’m on my third pair of 1600s. I can get about 3 hard years out of a pair of these boots. I use them to hunt deer and turkey in Michigan where I live. I also have used them for spring walleye jigging on days where ice is still coming down the river. Ill drag my ice shanty sometimes for miles in a day trying to stay on the perch or walleye. These are quality boots and you won’t regret your purchase. Even after what I’d guess is a hundred or more miles on this last set, there is no leaks. I’ve always bought one size bigger than normal and can usually get away with just a pair of the Bass Pro life time socks into the low teens when in a tree stand. Anything below that I will usually add some stick on toe warmers to the socks on the top of my toes. You can own the most expensive rifle or bow with the best stand location in the woods. It’s all useless if you can’t stay in the stand long enough or get busted moving around because you got cold. These boots are definitely worth the money in my opinion.
One awesome boot, looks exactly like online pics showed.
STAR RATING NOT WORKING THESE ARE 5 STAR RATING These boots are AWESOME! with some early storms this season I have been able to try these boots out. I am impressed, they are warm, I only had 1 thin pair of wool blend socks on with outside temp of 10 degrees and my feet were warm. I'm sure they will still be warm at much colder temps also. I bought a size 10. I am a 9.5 4E and these were comfortable and room to wear heavy socks if so needed. The quality of the boots looks very good. Now to put some years on them.
