New stretch material in the upper moves with your foot, while the tri-star outsole pattern adjusts to your every step for a ride that delivers support and flexibility just where you need it.

Dynamic Fit technology is achieved through Flywire cables integrated with the laces for an adaptive, supportive fit. I bought a black pair just six months ago, and the sole has not endured even average wear. I wear these mostly walking around the city (seldom to the gym), and the sole in each heel has worn down considerably faster than I would’ve expected.
I have been running in Nike Free's dive 2010, and as a fore foot striker I have loved every single generation of Free's, that is until this one.
First the plus's: the shoe is as flexible as all the other free's, and the sock liner is nice although I do prefer it more when the tongue is movable. The padding is very comfortable
For the bad: The shoe is very slippery on brick sidewalks as I have in the city I live in, and also the shoe constantly wants to fall off my foot when running up hills due to this new awful heel cup Nike went with. It is my biggest problem with this shoe, even if you tie the laces as tight as you can your heel still wants to constantly ride up and out of this shoe, and when you do that you also cut the circulation off in your foot (speaking from experience), I would love for them to go back to the heel in the Free RN 2017. And I've unfortunately tried to love them as much as my other frees on too many runs to now return them to Nike.
I am a Personal Trainer and spend long hours on my feet. I use these shoes as my everyday shoes and they keep my feet feeling comfortable throughout the day. I have also put these through various running, weightlifting, and conditioning workouts and I have to say they are a well rounded pair of shoes. My only critique is the lack of stability in the foot during conditioning workouts (as expected). I've had this pair of shoes for less than six months and the tip of the shoe is starting to peel so if you plan on beating these shoes to the ground during your workouts, keep this in mind. Overall, great shoe but loses a star for average durability.
this shoe is super sleek and comfortable. very good cushioning and supportive feel. definitely recommend going up half a size. haven't had them for that long, so I can't speak on durability, but for now they seem great
Great shoes! Felt great right when I put it on. I took the advice of other reviews and sized up. Glad I did. I normally need a wider shoe but so far these work. I wish Nike would make more shoes available in wide or extra wide. But so far very happy!
