Inspired by Montana's trout-rich waters, Simms' men's Big Sky LS Classic offers classic Western style designed for the discerning angler. Made of moisture-wicking fabric with UPF 30 sun protection, the men's shirt features a mesh-lined back panel that helps keep you cool on warm and sunny days. Dedicated pockets for your license, sunglasses, and accessories help keep you well organized.
This is a very nice shirt in every way but one. You have designed a fishing shirt that you can not cast in. I did get a size larger than I usually wear and that seems okay, but the body is a bit large. Fix the sizing in the shoulders and I would buy several!
Four stars only because of the shoulder tightness. Everything else is great.
Love the shirt. Comfortable, let’s a breeze in, and dries really quickly. The Velcro front pockets are secure and can hold small puck style or day trip fly boxes. There is a built in loop in the right front pocket, which is handy.
Great shirts! Just got my second one. Worn my first shirt on many excursions up the river and it is a tough shirt! I wear it paddle boarding, running rivers, anywhere that I need a quick dry shirt and sun protection, it is awesome! Got one for my dad and he always wears it when we go fishing together! Very nice quality shirts!
It’s one of my favorite shirts for farming, fishing and hunting. The fit is perfect for my body type (athletic). It’s cool and dries quickly in the sun. Many of my friends have asked where to get one. It’s got a nice western flair!
I have the same complaint as G. J., but I don't see the review I posted last summer. The 2XL was too skimpy, so I got a 3XL. But he sleeves were exactly the same length as the 2XL. I know that young hipsters are wearing their clothes tight and short nowadays, but I need room to cast. I don't know if this applies to all SImms shirts, but for the price they're asking, I'll be shopping elsewhere.
Far too small for advertised size. I buy 2XL shirts from other manufacturers and they fit fine. Sleeve length is far too short for the average 2XL size...other brands fit fine, so there's something about Simms' cut that is not consistent with the industry norm. Please consider creating a "TALL" size Simms shirt as the look, fabric, and construction are all outstanding, but the sleeves are far too short, especially for a fishing shirt that you'll be casting in and expect sun protection.
