This was my first season using this jacket in the mountains of deep south west Texas and I have to say it is an amazing jacket. It kept me warm in 30+ mph winds to 15° weather spitting snow all day. I used this from late archery season all the way through to the end of late season white tail. I love the vents in the arm pits for mid day when it warms up or on the long hikes and the fact that it keeps the wind off of you so well. Couldn't ask for a better jacket that is as durable and could deal with the terrain I have put it through this past season. Looking forward to this up coming season and definitely taking it on my elk hunt this year. Highly recommended.

This coat is NO JOKE! I pair this with the fanatic hoody and in frigid Iowa winter temps and winds out chasing pheasants I've yet to get cold! Keeps you warm and you don't feel the slightest breeze, I often times have the under arms unzipped to let out some heat. I will say often I wear a Lg in clothing but went with XL due to others comments on "short fitting" and an XL is PERFECT to toss a base layer like the hoodie on underneath! HIGHLY recommend!

Impressive jacket for all times
Great jacket for upland hunting. Breaths incredible well. The venting system on it is impressive. I was very impressed with how warm it stays as well. A solid all arounder jacket. Water proofing works very well in the snow.

No long drawn out review for this jacket. It is just awesome! I wear it while upland hunting under my vest. The vents are a big plus once I warm up. The fit is athletic like many of the products by Sitka which is a big plus when bulky clothing makes it tough to shoulder your firearm.

Love the Jetstream for just an everyday jacket. It doesn't really have a spot in my hunting system but that's okay because it's my absolute favorite fishing jacket! Such a versatile piece of gear. Capable of shedding rain and blocking the wind, but my favorite feature is the pit zips. Being able to dump heat especially when being active is a must and I hate taking off layers. Definitely a jacket that will stand the test of time.

The Jetstream Jacket is my go-to jacket during elk and muley season here in SW Colorado. It's silent, warm and the fit is perfect! I'm 6 foot and 180lbs, and a medium is the ideal size for me. I can even wear a lightweight fleece vest under it for those chilly, 4th season hunts. As a climber, I've worn softshell jackets for years. They are abrasion resistant and breathe extremely well as you build body heat on the move. This jacket is no different and the material translates well when bushwhacking deep in the backcountry. I was a little concerned that the Gore Windstopper liner would inhibit breathability, but it certainly did not. On my last hunt, I was covering over 5 miles a day while post-holling in 18" of snow at elevation. This was the perfect layer to get the job done. And for those mornings when the mercury drops below the zero mark, just throw an additional puffy jacket over your Jetstream to keep away the chill. One other thing to note, there is no noticeable (b.o.) smell after wearing it for a week straight in the backcountry. (I wish I could say the same about my hunting partner/tent mate's clothing!) If you are on the fence about pulling the trigger on this jacket, don't be. It'll be your go-to jacket when in the field.

Nice jacket
Super nice jacket. Performance fit was a little too tight for what I was wanting, a multi purpose hunting/casual jacket. Returned and got the DWJ.

Perfect jacket for a November mule deer hunt in northeast WY. I typically wear a fanatic hoody underneath and it is perfect. When glassing I throw on my Kelvin WS down
