However, I never received my pkg and North Face would not help me with a refund, credit or anything. They basically said oh well too bad for you but we can't help. I will NEVER buy anything from North Face again and have told all my family and friends about the horrible experience I had and have encouraged them to do the same and instead take their business elsewhere. I really am very disappointed and angry.
